Baptism held every last Sunday of the month.
It is our desire that every parent/guardian dedicating their children have a biblical understanding of the significance of dedicating children to the Lord. Prior to the Infant/Child Dedication Service, parents/guardians are required to attend a Parenting Workshop in preparation for continuation in raising the child in the way he should go. (3 Participants from this form go to the Administration Department.) You have agreed to attend this. One of our Administrators will be contacting you to confirm the details of your registration and session.
Special Note: For Parents and Guardians – All forms must be submitted one month before the infant/child being dedicated and received on this form – Parenting Workshop (PW) occurs once a month – Reserved seating is available for immediate family members – An administration fee will be applied for non-members of theREACHcentre
